1. مقدمة

نحن في 511 Technology Company نحترم خصوصية المستخدمين، ونلتزم بتقديم تجربة تعليمية آمنة وواضحة لطلاب المدارس وأولياء الأمور والمعلمين.

توضح هذه السياسة كيف يتعامل تطبيق إتقان مساعدك للتعلم المدرسي مع البيانات والمعلومات عند استخدام التطبيق. يهدف التطبيق إلى مساعدة الطلاب على دراسة المواد المدرسية والتدرّب عليها، وتحديدًا في نسخته الحالية مادة اللغة العربية للصف الحادي عشر الأكاديمي / الفصل الأول.

2. نطاق هذه السياسة

تنطبق هذه السياسة على تطبيق إتقان مساعدك للتعلم المدرسي المنشور على Google Play بالحزمة:

ولا تنطبق هذه السياسة على أي تطبيقات أخرى تابعة للمطور ما لم يُذكر ذلك صراحة داخل تلك التطبيقات أو صفحاتها.

3. البيانات الشخصية التي يجمعها التطبيق

في النسخة الحالية، لا يطلب التطبيق من المستخدم إنشاء حساب، ولا يجمع البيانات الشخصية التالية:

كما أن التطبيق لا يحتوي في النسخة الحالية على نظام تسجيل دخول، ولا محادثة بين المستخدمين، ولا يطلب إدخال بيانات شخصية لاستخدام المحتوى التعليمي الأساسي.

4. بيانات التعلّم والتقدم داخل التطبيق

قد يحتفظ التطبيق ببعض بيانات الاستخدام التعليمية محليًا على جهاز المستخدم، مثل:

تُستخدم هذه البيانات لتحسين تجربة الطالب داخل التطبيق، مثل عرض التقدم أو تذكّر بعض الاختيارات. هذه البيانات تحفظ محليًا على الجهاز ولا تُرسل إلى خوادم المطوّر في النسخة الحالية.

يمكن للمستخدم حذف هذه البيانات من خلال حذف بيانات التطبيق من إعدادات Android أو إزالة التطبيق من الجهاز.

5. الاتصال بالإنترنت

قد يحتوي التطبيق على صلاحية الاتصال بالإنترنت لأغراض فنية أو للتجهيز لتحديثات مستقبلية، إلا أن النسخة الحالية لا تتطلب إنشاء حساب ولا تعتمد على إرسال بيانات شخصية إلى خوادم المطوّر لاستخدام المحتوى التعليمي الأساسي.

عند إضافة ميزات مستقبلية تعتمد على الإنترنت أو حسابات المستخدمين أو مزامنة البيانات، سيتم تحديث هذه السياسة بما يوضح نوع البيانات والغرض من استخدامها قبل أو عند إطلاق تلك الميزات.

6. القراءة الصوتية وتحويل النص إلى كلام

يوفر التطبيق ميزة قراءة صوتية مساعدة للنصوص والأسئلة باستخدام إمكانيات تحويل النص إلى كلام المتاحة على جهاز المستخدم أو من خلال خدمات النظام المثبتة على الجهاز.

لا يستخدم التطبيق الميكروفون لتسجيل صوت المستخدم في النسخة الحالية، ولا يجمع تسجيلات صوتية، ولا يطلب من الطالب إرسال صوته إلى المطوّر.

قد تختلف طريقة عمل محرك تحويل النص إلى كلام حسب جهاز المستخدم ومزود الخدمة المثبت على نظام Android، مثل خدمات Google أو الشركة المصنّعة للجهاز. يمكن للمستخدم إدارة إعدادات محرك الصوت من إعدادات الجهاز.

7. مشاركة البيانات مع أطراف ثالثة

في النسخة الحالية، لا يبيع التطبيق بيانات المستخدمين ولا يشارك بيانات شخصية مع المعلنين أو الوسطاء أو أي أطراف تسويقية.

وقد يستخدم التطبيق خدمات نظام التشغيل أو بعض مكتبات التطوير الضرورية لتشغيل التطبيق على Android. في حال أُضيفت خدمات خارجية مستقبلًا تجمع أو تنقل بيانات، فسيتم تحديث هذه السياسة وقسم أمان البيانات في Google Play بما يتوافق مع السلوك الفعلي للتطبيق.

8. الإعلانات والمشتريات

لا يحتوي التطبيق في النسخة الحالية على:

9. الأطفال والطلاب

التطبيق تعليمي وموجه أساسًا لطلاب المدارس، وخصوصًا طلاب الصف الحادي عشر. لا يطلب التطبيق من الطلاب تقديم بيانات شخصية، ولا يتضمن تواصلًا اجتماعيًا أو محادثة بين المستخدمين.

ننصح أولياء الأمور والمعلمين بمتابعة استخدام الطلاب للتطبيق، والتأكد من أن استخدامه يتم لأغراض تعليمية مناسبة.

10. أمن البيانات

بما أن النسخة الحالية لا تنقل بيانات شخصية إلى خوادم المطوّر، فإن مخاطر مشاركة البيانات الشخصية محدودة. ومع ذلك، نحرص على بناء التطبيق بطريقة تقلل جمع البيانات إلى الحد الأدنى اللازم.

أي بيانات تقدم محفوظة محليًا تكون ضمن مساحة تخزين التطبيق على جهاز المستخدم، وتخضع لحماية نظام Android وإعدادات الجهاز.

11. الاحتفاظ بالبيانات وحذفها

لا يحتفظ المطوّر في النسخة الحالية بقاعدة بيانات حسابات أو ملفات شخصية للمستخدمين على خوادمه.

بيانات التقدم أو التفضيلات المحلية، إن وجدت، تبقى على جهاز المستخدم إلى أن يقوم المستخدم بحذف بيانات التطبيق أو إزالة التطبيق.

يمكن حذف البيانات المحلية من خلال:

  1. فتح إعدادات Android.
  2. الدخول إلى التطبيقات.
  3. اختيار تطبيق إتقان مساعدك للتعلم المدرسي.
  4. اختيار التخزين.
  5. الضغط على حذف البيانات أو إزالة التطبيق.

12. الروابط الخارجية

قد يحتوي التطبيق مستقبلًا على روابط تعليمية أو روابط دعم. عند فتح أي رابط خارجي، يخضع استخدام ذلك الموقع لسياسة الخصوصية الخاصة به، وليس لهذه السياسة. سنحرص على أن تكون الروابط المستخدمة ذات صلة تعليمية أو خدمية واضحة.

13. التغييرات على سياسة الخصوصية

511 Technology Company respects user privacy and is committed to providing a safe and transparent educational experience for students, parents, and teachers.

This Privacy Policy explains how the app Itqan – Your School Learning Assistant handles information when the app is used. The app is designed to help students study and practice school subjects. The current version focuses on Arabic language content for Grade 11 academic students, first semester.

2. Scope
